| L-3 STRATIS Awarded Special Operations Contract for Enterprise Information Technology Services |

RESTON, Va. – April 13, 2011 – L-3 STRATIS announced today that it was awarded an $84.9 million, firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract under the U.S. Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) Distributed Computing Management Services (DCMS). The contract has a four-year period of performance and a maximum value of $400 million, if all option periods and incentives are earned. Under the contract, L-3 STRATIS will assist the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) in daily operations required to facilitate USSOCOM’s effective, efficient delivery and performance of DCMS.
