RESTON, Va. – April 13, 2011 – L-3 STRATIS announced today that it was awarded an $84.9 million, firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract under the U.S. Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) Distributed Computing Management Services (DCMS). The contract has a four-year period of performance and a maximum value of $400 million, if all option periods and incentives are earned. Under the contract, L-3 STRATIS will assist the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) in daily operations required to facilitate USSOCOM’s effective, efficient delivery and performance of DCMS.

L-3 STRATIS will perform its work at MacDill Air Force Base, Fla., and at multiple U.S. and overseas locations, and will support the USSOCOM by sustaining and maintaining the customer’s distributed global enterprise information technology computing environment.
